Jock and Peter, both longstanding contributors to Sanctuary First, bring warmth, wisdom and wit to two fascinating conversations about what it means to respond to the Cross of Christ in the 21^st century.

Jock, a preacher, piper and poet, brings his trademark clarity of insight and artistic flair to a discussion about what it means to flinch or shrug from the cross and how these responses can be a necessary step before we take a closer second, third and fourth look!

Peter, another fantastic writer and thinker who has had a rich career in a wide range of ministry, leadership and training roles, brings his deep wisdom and spiritual sensitivity to our conversation about kneeling and leaping, and how our body language in worship changes our outlook in life.

Albert and I began this series with a desire to go deeper, to face our spiritual restlessness head-on as we seek to follow Jesus more closely in an often overwhelming, fractious and uncertain time. As we go it helps to know that we travel with friends like Jock and Peter, that we are not alone, that we are side-by-side-souls.
