From the 14th - the 17th of July Sanctuary First will be running a new Labyrinth at St Cuthberts Parish Church in Edinburgh.
Join us for an audio visual art installation that will lead you through a ten stage spiritual labyrinth focusing on a theme of waiting.
We have created a full audio and prayer soundscape to guide you through the labyrinth, at each stage there will be props and items to engage with as you follow the labyrinth inwards to the centre point on a journey of faith and inner focus, waiting in each space with God and the spirit.
Along with the in person installation the labyrinth will also be available as an online experience via our app following the same sound scape and prayer stages used in person, allowing you to go on this journey on your own or locally in your community or church. contact us to find out how you could set up your own labyrinth in your church using the material.
If you wish to volunteer to help us set up the labyrinth on the 14th we would love to have as many people take part as possible, and we are also looking for day to day volunteers in Edinburgh to help us manage the installation and guide the general public with there headsets.
