Inclusive In Person Service - Auchterarder, Scotland
The radical plan of the Church of Scotland’s restructuring of ministry and mission has at last opened doors that many of us have been pushing against for so many years now, looking for the new, exciting and experimental ways in which to engage with all people about the love of Jesus Christ in our communities 7 days a week.
Theology, spirituality and the autistic spectrum remains a mystery to many and as such, there is a group of people so rich and diverse in their individual being that are being marginalised in our faith communities. These people need to find an understanding, a voice and an equal role when participating in worship and leadership roles within our churches and faith communities.
I have a passion for this ministry and through funding from the Mission Committee, I have spent the last year developing ways in which this can be achieved.
I named it SAME GOD/DIFFERENT BOATS, where we sing , we sign in Makaton, we worship God and develop resources to share with others.

We now conduct an inclusive service at 10am on the last Sunday of every month!

10am to 10.45am on the Last Sunday of every month
These inclusive services are very relaxed - You are welcome to interact at any point, move around, eat or drink, go to the toilet or use the quiet space .In fact this is YOUR time with God to learn of His love for you, find your faith and claim Him as “My Lord and God , just like Thomas did with all his doubts and difficulties.
