Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
Our Merciful Lord and Father,
You alone, Creator and Sustainer over all the earth,
Lord over the land and the sea, Lord over heaven,
Lord of all eternity--You alone are the Giver of every good and perfect gift.
You, our Changeless and Merciful Lord, we are the thankful receivers.
We come before Your throne and grace and commit our selves,
our bodies, our team, our goals and our dreams unto You
Who alone can make all things good for Your glory and Your own pleasure.
It is for You and unto You alone that You have given these gifts and talents.
Please use them in a way that binds our communities and our countries together,
please use our strength and determination to further Your plans,
to unify us and to build a better future for our community,
our children and their children.
We dedicate this time to you
and ask that You would be honored in all that is said and done.
