Points of Connection

I feel God has led me to Sanctuary First to get me more connected! To him, to others, and to myself!

I am a busy mum to four adorable children and we are relatively new to the area we are living in and so I am really excited and expectant about our first Sanctuary First ‘home group/life group/connection team/Bible study’ (as you can see we’re not sure of our title!).

So far it is five girls who all want to connect and let God into ‘their story’ and their everyday life more. Sanctuary First is a useful resource for us as it gives God’s word online everyday and resources to use in lots of different ways.

We met for the first time together the day before yesterday and we were all really encouraged, especially by the opportunities in the Do More section and the Resources area that can benefit us in our local church, in family life, and in our community.

We laughed at some of the video clips, chatted through some of the themes and looked forward at how to use the Labyrinth resource, which looks brilliant. I feel already that the connection and encouragement of Sanctuary First is a blessing for us in so many ways.

I am looking forward to our next group meeting and also to the next Sanctuary First event - a place where God turns up!!!

Eliza (pictucred with her family above) is a gifted musician who has blessed us recently by leading and co-ordinating music at Sanctuary First Live events. Keep up to date with Sanctuary First to see where we will be next.

If you are wanting to use Sanctuary First in a small group, keep an eye on our theme pages as we are going to start adding discussion questions to our monthly material to help groups explore the ideas in a group setting.
