We thank Lily Cathcart for her Daily Worship week and we welcome Fiona Reynolds who continues our September theme Planting Prayers of Peace beginning Sunday 21 September .
Fiona says, "I am a priest in the Scottish Episcopal Church. I work full-time for the Bishop of Edinburgh, whilst serving as the Curate at St Ninian’s in Comely Bank. I am also stepping more-fully into the ministry of Spiritual Accompaniment. I enjoy sewing and crochet, preferring the latter as it can be done on the sofa with a dog curled in your lap."
This week Fiona writes about sorrow, lamentation, and restoration:
"Come among us once more,
and till our hearts.
Help us seek out the seeds of hope,
peace,
love,
joy."
