Week 7: Leopard in Acrylic

This first week back we're going to paint a leopard in Acrylic paints (image for printing is below)

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and plenty of conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced artists too.

If you are able to print it out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, I'm sure you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need:

Strong Paper such as Watercolour paper, Mixed Media paper or Card (A4 size cut into a square) - paper can be white or any pale colour

Eraser - Standard pencil - A 12 inch rule (or something you can draw a straight line along)

Acrylic paints (or Poster paints) in Black, White, Yellow, Orange (or Red), plus a White, Yellow, or Gold pastel pencil (or ink/gel pen will do)

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
