GENESIS 2 v 22

He formed a woman out of the rib and brought her to him and then the man said “At last here is one of my own kind bone of my bone, flesh from my flesh, woman is her name because she was taken out of man”.

Lord we thank you for the wonderful chemistry that comes through the differences between the sexes.   We pray that there may be a sense of mutual appreciation and love in special relationships.   We pray for those who find these differences embarrassing or threatening, frustrating or laden with guilt. We ask that those who enjoy a special intimacy and love,  may never lose an awareness, an understanding and a concern for those who do not.   May loving couples be strong in companionship, in oneness of heart and mind, in tenderness and confidence.  May time spent together be easy and be a mutual blessing.
