John 20: 28-29
Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
“Preach the Gospel at all times. When necessary, use words.” St. Francis of Assisi.
Lord, I believe.
Your presence witnesses to me In my heart, In my life.
In love and gratitude I would witness to you In word and in deed.
Forgive me when I am weak.
Forgive me when I am reticent.
Forgive me when I leave undone
The good I know I should do;
The kind word,
The helpful act
That might show your love in the world.
Forgive me When my witness to you Is unhelpful
And does not glorify you.
Lord I believe;
Help my unbelief.
