Week 88 - Zebra in pencil or graphite

Hi Everyone !

Hope you will join me online this week ? Why not invite some of your friends to join too if you can ?

We meet every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together.

No experience needed. Complete beginners are very welcome.

Genesis 2:19

This week we'll draw a Zebra using pencils (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B or charcoal or graphite pencil)

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone as this will allow you to zoom in on the detail also ?

What you'll need

White smooth paper

Any size of paper will suit but small will take less time - A5 or A4

A selection of pencils (if you only have a standard HB pencil that is perfectly fine)

coloured pencils if you wish to colour the background

A Pencil to sketch it out

Kitchen paper to keep your hands clean

An eraser

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
