Week 48 - Musicians

This week we're going to paint a photograph of a band of musicians in a 'geometric/impressionistic' line & watercolour style - credit to Or Hakim on Unsplash

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need

A rule and eraser and pencil for sketching

Good quality watercolour or Mixed Media paper in A4 or A3

A selection of watercolour paints and/or pencils

Fine waterproof/permanent pens

Kitchen paper for dabbing watercolour & drying brush

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will appear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
