Week 34 - A little bird in Soft Pastels

This week in our group we're going to draw a bird together following a pastel tutorial from 'The Virtual Instructor', which you can find this and other fabulous tutorials online.

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome.

If you are able to print out the image to have it beside you whilst drawing, hopefully you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you'll need

A selection of soft pastels

Mixed Media paper in A3 (or wet/dry sandpaper if you have any)

Tape to stick down the edges (if you have it)

A piece of kitchen paper to keep your hands clean !

A selection of pastel pencil if you have them

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
