Week 3: Watercolour

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12.15/12.30pm to draw/paint together every week. It will be a time of drawing and painting and plenty of conversation. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced artists too.

This week we'll move onto painting with watercolour. Check the list of what you will need in good time so you can get your supplies ready. This weeks image will be posted ahead of the meeting. If you are able to print it out to have it beside you whilst drawing, I'm sure you'll find this helpful on the day. Otherwise, you can perhaps view it on your phone ?

What you will need:

Watercolour paints (a selection of primary colours plus black & white, or a mixed box)

Good quality 'watercolour' or 'mixed media' A3 paper

Masking tape (or non sticky tape of some kind to hold your paper down whilst painting)

A pencil

A rule

An eraser

Black permanent ink pen (fine)

Jug of water

How do i join?

The zoom link to join will apear above on this page at 11AM on Tuesdays. To join you will need a phone/tablet or laptop with a built in camera and microphone (most modern devices come with this) you may need to download the zoom app onto your phone if you are using a phone to join.
