So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

As you pray for Berlin, please include the similar challenges in you own city.

Love the city. The value of life comes down to one very critical issue: all people are created in the image of God. We love others because God created them in His image and loves them. In cities full of diverse ethnic backgrounds, vast social economic backgrounds, and large generational backgrounds, Christians are compelled to love others by the love of Christ. Have you ever walked down your street and looked at everyone you see as created in the image of God? It changes how you encounter others in the small moments of life. Give it a try.

Please pray that the proclamation of Jesus to others in Berlin is motivated by love. Pray for a clear perspective: people are not our projects to save, but rather created in God’s image and loved.
