1 John 1:7

….if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another.

God of light, shine clear and bright –
at dawn; in the noontime; and as the sun sets.
Give me clarity in thought and deed
So that the light of your goodness might overcome the shadows.
Lift my spirit so that I can see possibilities this day
so that the brilliance of your hope might persist in each moment.
