Blindness

2 Kings 6:17

And Elisha prayed, ‘Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.’ Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all round Elisha.

Sitting on a busy train surrounded by strangers thumbing through phones and staring into empty spaces.
So many lives on pause as we trundle towards our destination with no thought of what is around us.  What overwhelms me Jesus isn’t the busyness of the carriage but the emptiness in our lives.
Where are you?
Come to us; plant the spark of faith within us in that we may share our love for you.
Remove from us the yoke of isolation that we might love as generously as You do.
