There is something deep within us that protects and guards our memories. Sometimes we have “selective memory” in other words we only remember what we want. Yet we carry memories of people places and symbols and we have them buried deep with in our subconscious. - If the truth be told I think we all have that ability to be selective in our memory. Sometimes it helps us to live with forgetfulness in order to live with ourselves. Sometimes the memories are so strong we can’t forget.
